Keeping EMS Alive - Seatbelt

One of the newest initiatives at AirLife Denver Safety is Keeping EMS Alive - a coordinated promise for all emergency caregivers on our teams and yours to ensure their own safety in the vehicle for any transport.  Doing so further ensures our survival as well as the welfare of our patients, and leads to increased positive outcomes in our professions.

Look for the "seat belt reminder" in the AirLife 2012 calendar throughout the year, and also check back here for updates and resources for this vital safety initiative!

15th Annual AirLife Memorial 5K/10K-Run, 5K-Walk and EMS Muster

The AirLife Memorial 5K/10K is on for Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Hudson Gardens and Event Center in Littleton, Colorado.


AIRLIFE DENVER Announces New 4th Helicopter Base in Cheyenne

Cheyenne Regional Medical Center is expanding its emergency care across the region with the addition of an AIRLIFE Denver medical helicopter service in Cheyenne. The new service is a partnership between Cheyenne Regional and HCA-HealthONE, which operates AIRLIFE Denver.The new blue and sonic green helicopter will be stationed in Cheyenne and provide air ambulance coverage for southern Wyoming, western Nebraska and Northern Colorado communities starting in early 2012.

AIRLIFE Denver is the Emergency Medical/Critical Care Transport Service of the HealthONE system of hospitals, clinics and healthcare plazas providing air and ground critical care transport for both adult and pediatric medical/trauma patients. Established in 1983, AIRLIFE serves the Denver Metro area and a ten-state region for 28 years completing over 48,000 missions.
